Setuptools bump breaks supervisor
Medium Severity
Raising the examples constraint to setuptools>=83.0.0 locks the whole workspace onto setuptools 83, which no longer ships pkg_resources. Locked supervisor 4.2.5 (via devservices) still does a top-level import pkg_resources, so devservices / supervisord fail at import after uv sync.
